I put this house up for sale, knowing how tough the market was. Patrick Quinlan helped me tremendously on what areas of the house needed attention with an eye on keeping it presentable, but also affordable. He helped me set a price point that was reasonable, but also met my needs. Patrick showed the home numerous times and followed up on potential buyers. Finally, the right buyer and the right price came together and the house was sold. The buyers are first time home owners and I could tell how meaningful that was to this professional realtor. I have and will continue recommending Patrick Quinlan whether buying or selling a house, no matter if they are looking at the high end or low end of the market. Patrick is also experienced in vacation rentals.
