I cannot say enough about the transcendental patientce and knowledge Celine provided to my family and I during a difficult period. We lost my mother, the rock of the family, this past year. My father opted to move to an independent living facility, though a lot of hurdles had to be undertaken. A large construction project took place directly across the street in the proceeding months after my mother’s passing, not to mention an additional road-widening project, simultaneously. She was so genuine, empathetic, communicative and transparent, I could not have felt we were in better hands. Superb negotiation regarding buyer requests, final sale price and FHA buyers loan requirements, especially acquisition of vendor to complete FHA repair work and sharing of expense.
