Danene was fantastic. We priced the home competitively and got some decent activity. Wanted it to go fast so we did a price reduction about 10 days in and within a week we were under contract. She was also able to negotiate an extended close to give us time to get out.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about this process. I was tired of my commute and in need of something my own. I cannot imagine having this good of an experience with any other realtor. I have now been in my home for about 5 days and Jude continues to check in and offer help. As he has said before, he never gets rid of his clients. I hope to be in my home for a long time, so I will hopefully not need Jude for a while. But, if you are looking for an upstanding realtor who puts in the work to find and get your home, hands down Jude is the one for you!
