Ben was excellent. He exceeded expectations. As a busy business owner I don't keep a 9-5 schedule, I often work from 6am until bedtime on any number of projects and a thing I respect and appreciate is when the people I deal with are passionate and dedicated enough to reach out with important information on the off hours after 5pm and before 9am. Ben would reach out when necessary to get things done as efficiently as possible and I personally appreciate that type of service. I made a trip down to Florida from NJ to view a list of houses I provided to Ben and he had all 8 on schedule for that day and we actually saw all of them. I couldn't recommend Ben's services enough.

Was dealing with 2 realtors and picked to use him due to him being better. Great communication and knowledge willing to answer all question and help get the house in incredible timing. Always willing to answer all my questions especially me being a first time home buyer.
