Lisa is incredible. She made time for us any time of the week. She was extremely knowledgeable about the houses we were looking at and handled the transaction with incredible care and thought. Her expertise will have us use her again in the future! We really wanted someone who was on top of things and knowledgeable about the field and lisa had it all! I am very pleased that a friend suggested I contact Diane about selling my house in Stoneybrook. Diane came to my house in May 2021 for our first meeting. I knew at the end of our meeting that I wanted her to sell my house. She is very professional and during the next nine months until the sale of my house and the closing of my new house, Diane was always there for me. She answered all of my questions thru the entire process of both selling my house and finding and purchasing a new house. When I left her voicemail messages she always returned my calls promptly and always responded to my text messages. She explained the process and procedures and I always was confident that things would end with good results and they surely did. I highly recommend Diane to anyone looking to sell or buy property. After vetting several realtor’s, Brandi was a referral from my daughter-in-law in California. My sister had passed away unexpectedly and I need a trustworthy realtor in Sarasota, since I live in Maryland. I contacted Brandi and from the beginning she went above and beyond working to get the house sold. The house was in disrepair, so it was being sold “As Is”. That didn’t deter Brandi at all. Brandi was very professional and super helpful in getting the house on the market and sold within a week. It didn’t stop there. Brandi came out to the house to help in anyway she could.
