Working with Kevin and his team for the sale of our home was a pleasure. Kevin's knowledge of the real estate market was much notable. His mannerism was impressive. Kevin always respond to our calls either in person or on the phone. Kevin and his team went way above and beyond to make the sale of the house go smoothly and less stressful. Kudos for Kevin and his team.

We were told to get a hold of Melanie and it was the best decision!! We told her the time frame we were looking to move. She gave us a few pointers on things to update. Melanie was always there to help with questions no matter what time of day (buyer sent their portion of contract at 9pm and Melanie answered all my questions). She definitely makes you feel like a priority even though the market is crazy busy right now. Wish my realtor out of state was more like her!!!!

I lost everything in Hurricane Ian and I met Allen and he listened to what I wanted and what I needed we had several hiccups and bumps along the way but he kept going back to the drawing board he kept looking and looking and looking and constant communication with me if he would find something he would let me review it then I would pick out which place I wanted to look at.
