Katrina is simply a delight to have work with over the past 8 years, she has been our agent for the purchase and sale of our Florida home and if we were to ever move back to Florida, we wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her, she knows the business inside and out and always has your best interest at heart. We felt she was more than our agent; we now consider her our friend.

We have worked with a few realtors over the years, but none compare to Kevin Delaini. It started with a meeting in the home we needed to sell and he took it from there. His advice and guidance led to a sold sign in the front yard in just 6 days. Kevin's knowledge of the market, understanding of the (often complicated) process and open communication are unmatched. If we find ourselves needing a realtor again there is NO doubt it will be Kevin we call.

My wife and I moved from Illinois. Mr. DiGrigoli treated us like family that grew up in this area. He was always punctual, communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. We observed him use his knowledge of the industry and area to successfully negotiate to our benefit. We highly recommend Mr. DiGrigoli to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home.

Andrea Beckman is knowledgeable about the market we are in, helped us market our house at the right price in our area. Whenever we had questions she was quick to get back to us . Made selling our house a smooth transition . We would definitely recommend her !
