Being an out-of-town buyer made things more challenging because I couldn’t always be there in person. Rosie went above and beyond to make sure that wasn’t an issue. She would FaceTime me from properties so I could see homes as if I was there with her. When I couldn’t make walkthroughs in person, she handled them with me over FaceTime, taking the time to show me everything, point things out, and answer my questions. That gave me a lot of confidence buying a home from hundreds of miles away. What I appreciated most was that Rosie wasn’t just trying to sell me a house. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and what was important to me. She was patient, stayed on top of the details, and was always willing to make a call or find an answer when something came up.
