Cari is a remarkable agent who has supported and guided us through one challenge after another that came with this particular investment property. We live out of state and her communication style/response time has been top-notch - with going above and beyond to accommodate timezone differences. Her market insights were detailed and we appreciate that she always provided a full picture of the current scenario that allowed us to make decisions that worked best for our specific needs. Cari demonstrated impressive skills interacting with HOA and property management. A genuine positive personality combined with the skills needed to achieve a not-so-routine endeavor makes Cari THE agent to work with.

She made a stressful process feel easy. Always available, incredibly attentive, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me.

They are very knowledgeable and have their finger on the pulse of what is happening with real estate in Southwest Florida. They helped us with referrals for everything that we needed for our new home. They showed us numerous properties in a short period of time and helped us to accomplish our home buying goal. They were excellent in the negotiation process and were there for everything that we needed to accomplish for the closing. I would highly recommend them.
