We listed in late spring during a real tough market for sellers. Ashley was excellent on marketing our property and attracting perspective buyers. We were very pleased with the professional job she did for us.

The Quinns know the market and tell it like it is. My previous transaction was selling an expensive home in a very depressed market area. I believe we negotiated the best price we could given the market conditions. They then helped me purchase a beautiful home where I feel I will be very happy. The Quinns negotiated through several difficult issues on both transactions, and used Landsel title company for closing. Landsel stayed on top of closing transactions and transferring of funds. The Quinns are great communicators, very thorough and organized, and have the expertise to navigate Floridas ever changing housing markets. After 14 real estate transaction with the Quinns as guides, I confidently recommend them to all selling property, or looking to find their next home.
