We are thrilled to have closed on a lot in Fort Myers Beach. Brenda was invaluable as we were out of state. She was our eyes and our ears. Could not have done it without her. Always on top of her game too! I would highly recommend Brenda for any real estate transaction.

Jerry has been phenomenal! I am out of state. He helped me find and secure an investment property. He has given me solid recommendations for companies in the area. He has gone above and beyond as my eyes on this property. He is very knowledgeable about real estate investment. He’s personable, professional, and highly reliable. He’s responsive. He’s still available to help as my boots on the ground person after I closed on the property. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
