I had wanted to put our condo up for sale, and while I did not know Elaine well, I had met her socially several times. Turned out to be a great decision, not only is she extremely personable, but is also a highly charged businesswoman with lots of experience in the field. She took everything right in hand with suggestions, arranging for a full photoshoot, and an open house for realtors only. Bottom line, the condo sold in a week, as is, and for $50,000 over the asking price. She even helped me move! Highly recommend, wonderful person to trust the decision of your home with.

We have nothing but praise for Shelly. She has gone above and beyond for selling and purchasing five homes for us. Shelly is always quick in responding to our questions and concerns. When we were are out of town, she picked up the clutter and staged our houses. She has been amazingly quick in bringing offers to the table. We 100% recommend Shelly for real estate needs. If the need arises, we will ask her to be a part of a sixth home purchase.
