Our recent purchase went super smooth and easy with realtor Gary Hass. He is very knowledgable with the Ft Myers area and also all the many details involved in purchasing property. We live in another state so we were very thankful he was able to help us.

I'm currently sitting in an adorable bungalow in Bonita Springs all thanks to Anna. It was not a buyers market when we put out offers on houses - and we were competing against a lot of cash offers. She worked with us to find a house that met our criteria and steered us to an amazing deal. When we made the offer on the house that we now own, she worked with us to make that offer as strong as possible. The seller ultimatly took a more compelling offer. That more compelling offer fell through and she reached out to Anna to see if we were still interested. Anna held our hands during every step of the process. Answering every silly question, offering sage advice all while silently working away in the background to make sure everything was in place to close quickly. When I did the final walk-thru I thanked the owner and told her how excited I was that this was going to be my home. She looked at me and said "You owe it all to Anna. She's the type of person you just meet and feel like you've known forever". Anna's patience, charm and abilitly to genunily connect with people (along with her attention to detail, negotiation skils and knowledge of the area) make her the perfect real estate agent to work with!

Eric Grainger was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of my purchase and kept everything on track. Eric is a great communicator, always keeping me updated throughout the entire process. He was punctual, professional and even supportive when I felt overwhelmed.

We have worked with a few realtors over the years, but none compare to Kevin Delaini. It started with a meeting in the home we needed to sell and he took it from there.
