Towards the end of the process he took it upon himself to fix a broken ceiling fan that was indicated on the inspection and went as far as to make sure we had clean sheets for our first night since we would be arriving late. The week before we arrived he offered to put our Amazon purchases inside the condo for safe keeping. He left us a personalized thank you gift that was so thoughtful and is something we will treasure and use regularly!
