Jonathan is by far the BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with! The communication was “10” on s scale of 1-5. He would give me weekly updates on the market, activity on the listing, etc. He was always available to answer questions and usually responded to my calls or texts within minutes. In addition Jonathan helped with repairs or anything else I needed at the property. He even changed a lock! The sale, paper work and closing were seamless. I could not have asked for a better realtor and would recommend him to anyone.

I have bought and sold many homes in my long life but have never had the pleasure of experiencing the services of Sheree. As a realtor she is top notch, she communicates well, she was watching out for my best interests at all times. The sale of my Deland home was seamless and professional. Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.
