Marie came to my house before I signed the listing in of things to do to help us sell. Once the list was completed I signed the listing and Marie had an offer for it the first day. That offer fell through and Marie represented me according to the terms of the sales agreement. Before a week was over I had the second offer and was able to sell the house at the price I wanted We listed the house for more than I thought it would sell for, and we sold it for that amount. I was trying to buy another piece of property and needed to close on the house to have the funds to close on their new house. Marie worked very hard to get everything done in an order for me. That the funds I needed to close on my house was wired to the closing location and Dixie County Florida. I was able to close the second property and get the new home that I really really wanted Marie was awesome as far as working with. She answered any questions and called me as soon as she could without ever a long wait. If the need or the occasion ever came about again, I would use Marie to sell my house

Ray was wonderful from start to finish. He was very patient with us as we were very picky buyers. He was very knowledgeable about the area.
