I totally lucked out to have met Salima Taylor for my first house purchase! She handled every challenge and unpredictable situation with urgency, efficiency, and high professionalism. Being my first time purchasing a house with little experience, I was a nervous wreck sometimes, but Salima always calmed me down and had the most thoughtful advice for every concern and question I had. She is now also helping my mother with the purchase of her house and we see her as family friend because she is so considerate of our needs and gives us recommendations we never even thought of for ourselves. Kayla was amazing during the entire process of selling our house. She was very informative during the process of getting the house on the market. She was very detailed in reviewing market trends to get our house on the market for the proper price. She then went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready and beautiful for the pictures and open houses. Then throughout the process she kept us informed on any happenings. Then during the time with the house was under contract she worked well with the other realtors and made for a simple and easy transition to get the property sold and closed in a timely fashion.
