Kathy guided us through the home buying process in winter haven in the best way possible. Her knowledge of the area and experience with the necessary providers made the purchase experience first rate. She is a master communicator and responds quickly to any request. After carefully looking at listings in our chosen area, We picked 5 to look at and she picked 3 that she thought we should consider. When we finished our selection process, we purchased a property that she had recommended. She’s that good. We highly recommend Kathy’s help in finding and buying your Florida dream.

Never had to worry threw the whole process really made me feel like I was the only person he was working with!

When we met with Debra for the sale of our home she came to us and explained everything in detail which made things easier since this was our first time selling . She arranged everything with the photos , setting up signs and coordinating everything that needed to be done . She is always nice when talking with her since it was big transition for us . I appreciate her willingness to do what needed to be done for showings and all that implied for the sale .
