She is extremely knowledgeable of the market surrounding the area where I was interested to buy, she has great negotiating skills, she's fully bilingual (English/Spanish), she has a vast experience with International clients, and is an easy going person that works hard for you to make sure you make the right decision and your happy with your new house.
