I recently had to sell my sister's house in Longwood, Florida, in a probate sale. Since I live in Missouri, I was lost as who to hire to represent the estate. Kevin called me, as many other realtors did, to discuss listing the property. He was so professional that I listed with him right then and there--on the phone without actually meeting him in person.
