This sale took place under the most difficult and unusual set of circumstances: 1- I was selling my home from more than 1,000 miles away. 2- The coronavirus literally shut the country down, restricting showings, travel, etc.. 3- From the beginning to the end, I never had the opportunity to meet Brian face-to-face, yet I felt totally comfortable and confident that the sale of my house was in good hands. It seems like Brian and I communicated almost everyday, often multiple times a day, throughout the last six months. I truly do not know where to begin.
