She presented a folder containing statistics on the 13 for-sale properties and handful of recently sold properties in our community of 364 lots. After a tour of our home with her associate, Realtor Chris Goode, our conversation revealed Carol as an informed and organized real estate pro with a determination to succeed. She advised us to recognize the changing trend to a buyer's market locally and emphasized the importance of having realistic expectations with our mid-winter listing. It turned out our ideas on an asking price were similar. Our confidence in selecting Carol to sell our property was bolstered when she showed us the listing's description of our home that highlighted the many improvements we had undertaken during our 10 years of ownership. The professional photographs included an exceptional view of the front of our home.
