There were extenuating circumstances that complicated the process. There were even times I was ready to give up on the house and try somewhere else. Stephen managed to help me work through the issues. He was also exceptional when it came to negotiating with the builders. I ultimately ended up buying the home I wanted under the best possible circumstances. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor to have in my corner helping me get to the closing date I will always refer him to others as well as keep his contact info for myself in case I have any questions or concerns regarding real estate.
