She not only helped us buy our first home in Florida, but also helped us to sell it and buy another house a few years later. When we decided to move to Georgia, we once again chose Mrs. Timeka and when others were saying that the market was bad and it wasn’t a good idea to sell, Mrs Timeka was able to sale our home for above asking price. There’s a lot of good Realtors out there, but if you want the “Best In The Business” look no further than Mrs. Timeka Watson.

Communication with Damian was top notch. He was able to jump in and inform my wife and I about the selling process and what were the proper steps necessary to get a sale. He was very resourceful in getting pictures for the home done by a professional photographer. Overall I highly recommend Damian for the buying and selling of any home and potential buy or sell for a future home.

My husband and I had a great experience with Amire in purchasing our new home. Amire was on top of things and explained everything to us including explaining about HOA and CDD fees as well as pointing out flood zone areas and what that would mean for insurance. She was right there setting up home viewings and writing up bids as we needed. Sometimes We got a little discouraged but she actually offered encouragement to us and said we would find the house that was right for us. We did and it’s great. I love the house. Thanks to Amire.
