Back in 2024, Susan was a highly recommended Realtor by the local community and still is. I met with her briefly to discuss the market in case of a certain situation came up and I could plan ahead. Immediate I could tell that Susan is not just there to sell. She has a genuine interest for her clients and her community. Even though I was not a client, she took her time to advice and gave me all the possible angles and possibilities to achieve a positive outcome. As a matter of fact, after we met I called her several other times to discuss rental and or sell of my property in case of any changes in my employment since I am military. She never once sounded dismissive nor changed her position on what needed to be done. When the time came to move and I got called to serve as a full time military member, I knew without a doubt who was the person to call. We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.
