She guided us to the best mortgage lenders and we were able to close on our new home 3 weeks after it going under contract. There is usually something that always comes up, which is beyond anyone’s control, which screws up transactions, why should this case be any different? The good news is that it was no fault of Cathy’s , and completion will occur in the near future hopefully.
