Gosh, Tracey was quickly more than our realtor, she felt out exactly what we were seeking. We had been looking at houses, not future homes. She made sure we corrected that. There is a difference, she made us comfortable with the new community and is still a great resource to us there. I'm kind of proud to say she is a new friend as well. I can't thank her enough for keeping us on task, making sure we eat, that our girls were understanding the process and had the opportunity to ask questions too. Its was their first home. She made is so special for them. I'm just embarrassing myself by rambling on. Just trust me when I say, Tracey Masser should be your realtor, if you are looking for a home, not just a house.

Working with Correy was a great experience. We genuinely enjoyed touring homes with her, and her construction background brought an extra level of insight that was incredibly helpful when evaluating properties and figuring out what would be the best fit for us. I have looked up buying a home for years before finally going for it myself. I've heard of nightmares and how difficult the process is. And before Renata came along, I almost gave up buying one myself. After working with a few different realtors, I had just about threw my money into stocks to wait another few years.
