This sale took place under the most difficult and unusual set of circumstances: 1- I was selling my home from more than 1,000 miles away. 2- The coronavirus literally shut the country down, restricting showings, travel, etc.. 3- From the beginning to the end, I never had the opportunity to meet Brian face-to-face, yet I felt totally comfortable and confident that the sale of my house was in good hands. It seems like Brian and I communicated almost everyday, often multiple times a day, throughout the last six months. As questions arose, I always knew that Brian was only a text, e-mail or a phone call away, which was very reassuring. I listed, sold and closed on this house without ever leaving New York and stepping foot in Florida which is quit amazing. Brian literally handle everything for me. Jada had a quick turnaround to any questions I had, and if she didn’t know the answer she would say she didn’t know but she would find out. She always stayed true to her word and would take the time to get back to me on any questions I had. Ultimately Jada was a pleasure to work with. She is punctual too!
