Urvella was a pleasure to work with. She immediately picked up the phone when I called about a property. She was quick with responses and moved the sale efficiently. She worked through the weekend to help with my paperwork. I was able to quickly close on the property remotely. A+

Christian had been working with us, (estate, my two brothers and myself) he was very patient and understanding. We were three owners who had to come to an agreement in terms of price and dealing with offers etc. He made it clear that he represented us and was always very understanding and helpful in our decisions, especially when the offers on the house came. He helped us prepare the house with his suggestions in what we should do to be better prepared for inspection and the showing of the house. I have to say this comment because no other realtor would have done what he did to help us. My brothers and I live out of state of where the property is located. So obviously once we had a buyer we had to get rid of all the furniture and items that were in the house. On a couple of occasions, since none of use could be at the house. He received persons that were going to purchase some furniture. This was something I will always be grateful for. Eventually we got down and emptied the house but his help was of great value. Christian is a very professional and devoted as a Realtor. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to contract his services.
