Barbara helped my wife and I find a home to buy in St Pete. This was no small accomplishment since we went out together searching over a dozen times and exchanged hundreds of listings over about 2 years. She had lots of patience when we got outbid and never gave up on us. I felt she was a skilled negotiator on my behalf with the sellers of the property. Most importantly she seemed to really care and didn't want us to buy into a property that she didn't think was suitable for us. I would absolutely use her again and suggest others to use her as well.
