I highly recommend Sandy Larrison to help you sell your home. Last year she helped my brothers and I with the sell of my mothers home after she died. She is very accommodating with her schedule. Sandy is very helpful with any questions or concerns the seller or buyer has.

Dennis had excellent communication skills. He kept us informed and gave helpful recommendations based on client feedback. He was especially helpful with all the details given we live out of state. He went above and beyond realtor responsibilities on multiple occasions. I highly recommend him.

We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.

We loved working with Heidi and Emma! They were fast to respond anytime we need them. They were extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the process. Buying in Florida was very different than the state we moved from and they made the process easy. They treat you like family! We definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy or sell!

Lana helped keep me sane when things got tough and kept reminding me of the big picture. This was by far one of the most stressful experience of our lives but Lana was more than our realtor, she became a friend throughout the process. Once I saw the yard, the lot size, the newer updates, the canal, and the potential to make it my own, I knew it was the right fit. Today, I am standing in my new Fort Lauderdale home, and it still feels surreal. Christie and John successfully sold one home and found me my next one! They guided me through both sides of the process, stayed committed, and made it happen. Nova loves the huge yard, and I am excited for this next chapter.
