And she successfully faced down several points by the seller's realtor that were certainly in the seller's best interest, bit not in our best interest. She presented our counter offer with an accompanying rationale that resulted in the acceptance of our offer ! Lindsey was accessible throughout the bidding process, as well as present at the home inspection...and was helpful with presenting options for service personnel to help us with estimates.
