We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave. Danene was fantastic. We priced the home competitively and got some decent activity. Wanted it to go fast so we did a price reduction about 10 days in and within a week we were under contract. She was also able to negotiate an extended close to give us time to get out.
