Laney is a super enthusiastic go getter she is very knowledgeable about the area and always said “if I wouldn’t have my grandma live there, I wouldn’t have you live there”. We sent her a few homes we liked and she sent us some back. We toured 4 homes on the first day and she saved the best for last. It was automatic and I was so surprised we found the ONE on the first day. My fiancé and I were first time homeowners so she walked us through every step and went over every document in depth. There was no confusion. She was always available when we needed to call and she handled so much of the worst parts of buying a home in the background that we didn’t know about. She kept the process streamlined and very exciting the whole ride. She was there for us all the way down to signing at closing. We will definitely be using her when we buy/sell our next house. Thanks Laney!

We couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Kim to help us navigate buying our first home! She is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about the market. Rather than rushing us, she took the time to educate us on every aspect of the home-buying process and empowered us with all the data and space we needed to choose what was right for us. One of the things we appreciated most was her complete honesty. She always highlighted both the good and the bad side of every home we toured. During walk-throughs and inspections, she pointed out critical subtle details that made a huge difference in our evaluations. Kim was always reachable, extremely responsive throughout the day, and continuously worked around our schedule, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a dedicated top-notch agent.

Kelly has great analytical skills which enabled her to give us comparisons of a broad spectrum of homes, all with enough variation which helped us to see the opportunities in the areas which fit our specifications. Kelly has great patience, & always a very calm professional demeanor, no matter the unexpected situation that arose. She is always working for the buyer, she analyzed a few overpriced homes, helping us see the real market value, enabling us to make logical vs. emotional decisions, which can happen frequently while purchasing a home! We had several "must have" categories, she found many homes that fulfilled these. As a result of her expertise, we were able to narrow down our requirements & found the perfect home. Thank you Kelly!!
