Chris was amazing to work with! We live out of town, and he took care of so much for us with our property from helping us find someone to cut the lawn; an awesome, & friendly junk removal company to clean out the property; to always being available to answer questions! I not only highly recommend Chris, but if we ever are in the market to purchase a property in Florida, I would call him immediately to help us find a vacation home!

Excellent agent with great communication skills

It was such a pleasure working with Chris. He was willing to do everything he could to help get the deal closed. Being from another state there were lots of questions and Chris was patient. He eloquently answered questions. He returned calls and was always willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a calm, steady and knowledgeable agent look no further.

Stephanie and her partner Steve Renzi are amazing and the best realtors in the Gulf area of Florida! We would know, because they helped us get our house there, and from out of state!! My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about them...they were tireless in showing us houses, being honest with us about homes we saw and prices and negotiation strategies, taking us all over the entire area, pivoting with us when our needs and our asks changed often and rapidly...and then making the final perfect (for us) find, offer, purchase and close the easiest thing in the world! And we managed to close less than 21 days from the acceptance of our offer! From starting out looking all the way through closing Stephanie Marsh was the PERFECT realtor and your absolute MUST USE realtor on the Gulf Coast of Florida! We wouldn't recommend anyone else other than Stephanie!
