My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about them...they were tireless in showing us houses, being honest with us about homes we saw and prices and negotiation strategies, taking us all over the entire area, pivoting with us when our needs and our asks changed often and rapidly...and then making the final perfect (for us) find, offer, purchase and close the easiest thing in the world! And we managed to close less than 21 days from the acceptance of our offer! From starting out looking all the way through closing Stephanie Marsh was the PERFECT realtor and your absolute MUST USE realtor on the Gulf Coast of Florida!
