My experience with Nydia was excellent. Nydia was very knowledgeable with the market our condo was in. Our condo sale was unique in that we ended up having to put condo back on market 4 times. Each time we had a new contract within 2 days. Most importantly each contract for list price. Nydia was upbeat and guided us through the sales process and closing as well.
