Even though Eric didn't think we could get the sale price I wanted to list our home for he let me start at a higher price. We did come down some when he suggested it but I had talked to several other agents and they all said I would never get that price, they wouldn't even let me start at the higher price. We ended up getting a higher price then anyone thought we would. I wasn't happy with one of the photos, I thought the bedspread needed smooth out and he retook the picture and re-posted it. I am very happy with his service.
