Working with Clem was easily the best decision I made in my home-buying journey! I was actually unable to get approved for a home loan until I started working with Clem and her incredible team. They stepped in, streamlined everything, and made the financing and approval process feel completely effortless. From day one, Clem proved to be one of the most hardworking, dedicated, and friendly professionals I’ve ever met. She truly treats her clients like a top priority. She listened carefully to every single one of my needs, and because of her sharp strategy and expertise, we secured the very first house I put an offer on! It matched everything on my wishlist, including a wonderfully low HOA fee, and I didn't even have to put any money down. If you are looking to buy a home—especially if you've faced hurdles with getting approved or feel overwhelmed by the market—do yourself a favor and call Clem. Her and her team go above and beyond to make sure you have every resource, support, and guidance you need from contract to closing. I couldn't be happier with my new home!

Clementine is knows the market and has shared real, useful advice through the home buying process. We bought the house from Open Door and I am so glad Clementine was our advocate through the process. It is difficult to work with a large corporation, but for us, it was easy because Clementine did all of the hard parts like communicating with right contact in the company and negotiating through the needed concessions. The home is older and Clementine got Open Door to replace the roof and the outdated, recalled electrical panel on top of some monetary concessions. We could not have bought the house in our dream location without Clementine!

Clementine was very professional, focused and provided the information and assistance I needed. Very punctual and made the experience successful. I recommend her for my next home! Thank you for everything! You rock!!
