We had been casually looking in the area for a few years until we saw this house and fell in love. We came from Miami immediately and loved it even more in person. Jessica was the seller's agent but agreed to represent us as well and we feel she did an excellent job keeping all parties happy and ultimately getting us into this beautiful home, even taking care of inspections and everything. We are so happy.

Mark is an incredible Real Estate Professional. He understands the market inside and out. He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a house and only showed us houses that matched our search criteria. As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about the home buying process. Mark thoroughly explain the house buying process from start to finish. When we had questions, he ALWAYS picked up his phone or shot us a text message within minutes. He is a great negotiator and is highly respected by other Real Estate Agents. Other agents enjoy working with Mark which is important and helps to make the transaction go smoothly. I trust and highly recommend Mark and plan to referrer him to all my friends and family. When I am ready to buy or sell again, Mark will be my realtor.
