It was a great experience working with Steven. We were buying our first home and Steven took the time to walk us through all of the steps, asked good questions and work very closely with our lender to make sure we made a good impression on the seller. We were in a red hot market and some how Steven made it happen. He was always available to answer our questions or get us into homes. The house was on the market 3 days and we closed in 30 days. Amazing job Steven!

Steven was an absolute joy to work with through our entire new home purchase journey. We started working with him during our exploratory phase. We knew the general area we wanted to live in but with so many communities to choose from, it seemed a bit overwhelming. Steven listened to our specific needs and and provided us with a manageable list of communities to explore where we ultimately discovered our dream home. As this was new construction, Steven was involved with us and the builder every step of the way throughout the build process and provided us with great consultation during critical decision-making periods, all with the upmost professionalism and responsiveness. I can’t say enough good things about Steven and highly recommend him!
