A friend introduced me to Marlon when he heard several times that I was trying to buy a house for the past three years. He teamed up enthusiastically with a loan officer for me and was dynamic with my needs. Together, they put their effort towards making my needs come true just as much as they did in 2021. I needed a bigger place and their loyalty proved that they were the ones that could make it happen. I appreciate Mr. Smith's kindness and hope to work with him again in the future.

Marlon was great to work with, look forward to working with him again on my next purchase.

It was a most pleasurable experience working with Marlon Smith to purchase my home. From beginning to end - a period which lasted 5 months -it was an absolute pleasure. From the initial casual conversation which began seamlessly and effortlessly, Marlon's professionalism, his knowledge of the real estate market, and his ability to connect and to make one feel at ease and unintimidated shone through. It was pure excellence. At every step in the process Marlon demonstrated great patience, respect, and understanding of and for my situation. He took the time to explain clearly and thoroughly every little detail of the home, and the home buying process, and was very patient in ensuring that I understood before I made any decision to move forward. Marlon was always available to address my concerns and queries, and though we have closed he still remains available, reminding us of things we need to get done and addressing our 'after closing' questions and/or concerns. Without hesitation or favour I can categorically state that Marlon Smith exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent. And he did so in the most unassuming and professional manner possible.
