She presented a folder containing statistics on the 13 for-sale properties and handful of recently sold properties in our community of 364 lots. After a tour of our home with her associate, Realtor Chris Goode, our conversation revealed Carol as an informed and organized real estate pro with a determination to succeed. She advised us to recognize the changing trend to a buyer's market locally and emphasized the importance of having realistic expectations with our mid-winter listing. It turned out our ideas on an asking price were similar. Justin is an all around great realtor! He was very professional and communicated with us almost every single day, updating us on new properties and asking us questions. He made us feel very comfortable in this process even though it was our first time. Any time we had concerns, which was very rare, he was there to answer them. Also, when we wanted to schedule a tour of any house, he was prompt and very organized. It made the whole experience that much easier and relieved our stress. Trevin did a great job helping me with my home sale! He was professional and always willing to answer any questions I had, and he was always willing to give his input based on his experience but never pushed for anything if there were any concerns on my part. He went above and beyond what I believe to be standard practice and because my move was a bit sudden he even went back to my home for me to check on things and ensure I didn’t miss anything.
