She handled communication between the builder’s superintendent, the other realtor, inspectors, and everyone involved, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. No question was ever too small, and she always took the time to answer my many questions about the home-buying process and our new home. One thing that truly stood out was her communication. I never had to wait long for a response, and she was always available when I needed guidance or reassurance. Even before we found our home, she consistently sent us listings she thought we’d love and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. What impresses me most is that her support didn’t stop at closing. Even after the sale was complete, she has continued to be attentive, helpful, and available whenever we’ve needed her. Mi experiencia fue la mejor siendo mi primera ves haciendo este tipo de comprar, jhonatan es un excelente guía, explica muy bien lo este cual y más, si es necesario explica mil veces lo mismo para que quedes 100% claro y sin dudas, y mejor aún el no se desliga del comprador luego de finalizar la comprar el sigue respondiendo preguntas y aclarando todo tipo de dudas después de finalizar la comprar. En mi opinión fue una bendición haber encontrado tan excelente persona y con el corazón de querer ayudar.
