Excellent, we have 3 houses successfully sold. Cheyanne is a professional and helps us a lot in all aspects of our homes.

During 2012 we met Mrs. Anabella Tercero as realtor adviser for buying a house. Her experience and knowledge in the real state market was precise and accurate for the achievement of our interest, producing with a lot of benefit for her company and ourselves.

She was available when we contacted her for advice and explanation regarding Federal and State Law. After several months dealing with two financial institutions finally, she accomplished the approval of our mortgage loan.

Mrs. Tercero's relations with other professionals in the real state marketing simplify the process of the shortsale because she always kept communication among the seller's realtor, the loan official and us. Her high degree of professional knowledge kept our confidence in the Company that she represented, which always were looking for our best interest. The domain of the Spanish language was very helpful for our communication in this transaction.

Previous Mrs. Tercero's selection we contacted several realtors that doesn't have the dedication in this field. We don't hesitate to highly recommend Mrs. Anabella Tercero as one of the best realtors that we met in the market.

Dawn was recommended to us by a friend. We have never had an experience like we have with Dawn. She's very knowledgeable in this business and has been doing this for quite sometime. She's also fun to be around, pleasant and serious about her work. She definitely exceeded our expectations on this sale.

Doug Bennett was the key in our ability to sell our home at an excellent price. Doug had data at his fingertips that we relied on to the set the listing price and to evaluate the offers. We have have bought and sold 6 homes over our lifetime and Doug Bennet was by far the best realtor we’ve ever had. His pleasant and calm demeanor makes him very easy to work with. He is extremely responsive to every call, text and email we sent. He was fully prepared for every call or meeting and is generous with his time but does not waste your time. We have encountered real estate agents who have retired from successful careers in other businesses and we felt that selling homes was quite honestly a side hustle to supplement retirement. That is certainly not the case with Doug, who is full-on working to sell your home. He knows the local market extremely well and quickly understood that our home needed to be targeted to a niche market and he did an outstanding job doing so.
