Tracey Crews is an amazing, all-encompassing Realtor. My husband and I have worked with her for over two decades with our rental properties. She is well-educated in real estate, knows multiple areas, and doesn't hesitate to bring items to the owner's attention that need correction. More recently, we sold one of our rental properties. Tracey was spot on during the listing, showings, offers, etc. She provided a profit breakdown for the offers without a request. She maintains her honesty throughout the entire process. The inspector required us to replace the roof before closing. We needed to close by a particular date. As the date quickly approached, Tracey maintained a calm demeanor, “We will close on time.” Tracey worked HARD during the whole process. She verified that everything was completed accurately. She coordinated with the buyer's lender step by step. Maintaining our needs, including the final days before closing. In the end, “WE CLOSED ON TIME,” but only with Tracey’s professional experience and work ethic.

After we complained about the agent we had been working with, a family member raved how good Jeff Meyer was. So we called him up, and were VERY impressed at how well Jeff knew his stuff! (I was an office manager in a previous life so I know how to rate realtors. I knew right away that Jeff was a real pro!) It wasn't long before Jeff found us exactly what we were looking for, and at a better price than we expected. Jeff did such a great job that we used him for THREE other transactions! We wouldn't even consider anyone else. Something that we really liked about Jeff is that he would share his knowledge, tell us our options, and give us great advice based on his comprehensive experience. But then he would let us know that WE were the boss. He didn't bully us or try to manipulate us. trickster. He actually did what we asked him to... and then went the extra mile just to please us! And when we had problems with any of our deals, we were so relieved that Jeff would quickly step in and fix things up! Without any reservation, we highly recommend Jeff. He truly is THE BEST!
