She informed me about the difficulties selling homes with leased solar systems and was key to helping me overcome this obstacle. After the home inspection raised some issues, she had already obtained multiple quotes to present me with options as well as her opinion about the best path forward. Dolores was excellent! We live in Iowa and were purchasing a condo in Winterhaven, Fl. My husband and I were both worried about handling everything long distance. She made the process so smooth, and walked us through each step. She also was a big help in giving us some dependable painters, tile cleaners, and housekeeper, so when we got there a month later everything was already completed.
