Kim really cares about her clients, communicates well and often, and was successful putting it under contract in a matter of days. And she still had interested parties waiting in the wings. In today’s technology-driven world, the online ‘paperwork’ is still staggering. Kim helped me navigate the computer forms, which included the sign-off of an out-of-state seller. I am so glad I did not opt to sell the home on my own. She earned her commission, and then some.
