Karen Gilmore is one of a kind! Having worked with her since 2018, I will not turn to another realtor. She has been my agent for the sale of two homes and the purchase of one. Karen is communicative, knowledgeable, and an excellent negotiator. As she states, she's a "Brooklyn girl in a California world," and with that, she'll go to bat for clients!

Kathy guided us through the home buying process in winter haven in the best way possible. Her knowledge of the area and experience with the necessary providers made the purchase experience first rate. She is a master communicator and responds quickly to any request. After carefully looking at listings in our chosen area, We picked 5 to look at and she picked 3 that she thought we should consider. When we finished our selection process, we purchased a property that she had recommended. She’s that good. We highly recommend Kathy’s help in finding and buying your Florida dream.
