In 2011 I was living in NYC, working full time while also attending college full time at night. As if life wasn't complicated enough, I was also in the process of looking for a home to buy in Florida. The lease on my apartment was about to expire, both my wife and I had handed in letters of resignation to our employers and our kids were not registered for the following school year in NYC. Once back in New York, we would receive updated lists, from Arles, of homes that better matched our criteria and it wasn't long before it seemed as though Arles knew exactly what we were looking for. In July of 2011, we finally found a home that we loved and in spite of the fact that we were a thousand miles away, with Arles help, the transaction moved quickly and seamlessly. I can honestly say that Arles went above and beyond in order to make sure that our experience was a good one. I couldn't have asked for more, and he comes with the highest recommendation.

Ms. Metcalf preformed excellently in listing, marketing and managing the details of my sale. She handled price negotiations with a high degree of expertise and competence. She demonstrated knowledge and experience throughout three contract offer negotiations until arriving at an acceptable price and terms. She handled all the pre-closing details with an above average degree of skill and professionalism. I have used her in past transactions and would recommend her and use her again in the future.

We are both so happy that Simone was our realtor when we sold our home. It was our first home and we obviously did not know everything about the selling process.
