Madison was very informative on what needed done on first inspection. After all issues were taken care of we hit the market running. The house had many offers and she suggested an open house. After the open house we accepted an offer that was above listing price. We had some more issues to resolve after inspection was completed. Madison new who to call on all my housing issues. She kept a positive attitude and was always cheerful during phone conversations. Overall it was a very pleasant experience selling a house with Madison. Best experience I've ever had with realtor.Leo was very Communitive didn't matter time or day.He always answered any questions I may have had.This is my third home purchase and by far was a smooth process would highly recommend him to anyone and if I ever purchase another home he will definitely be the person I go to.
